  1. Tokyo had a huge Halloween party as well with tons of people around yesterday. The thing is police were everywhere telling people who were standing around to keep moving so that the flow of traffic wouldn't be interrupted and the streets wouldn't slowly get clogged with people. You couldn't stand for more than a few minutes before a cop or some other official came along and told you to move along.
