@vancouver1261 Well maybe Canada should invest in refineries of its own instead of relying on the US? Don't know why Canada seemingly can't do anything on its own and has to rely on the US so much even with things like refining oil or building cars which are things that a supposed first world nation should be able to do on its own.

@darlene2709 You know what would fight climate change more in Canada than reducing carbon emissions? NOT bringing in 1+ million foreigners into the country every year who will massively contribute to carbon emissions, resource usage, garbage output etc. No matter how much every single Canadian could try and reduce their carbon footprint, it will NEVER come close to offsetting 1+ million new polluters settling in the country every year. So I'll believe Trudeau is serious about fighting climate change when he starts dramatically reducing the number of people we take in every year which he won't. The only reason there's even a small reduction now is because of all the outcry from Canadians about how there's too many coming in.
