Some or many of your listeners may not have the mental capacity to understand such a lengthy & complicated video so, Please: 1. in the Begining of your videos summarize the important points (for example you could say this video will show,{ or prove or demonstrate} then list the important points and or or conclutions ), 2. repeat those important points or conclutions in the first third of the video. 3. Mention them again in the middle of the video and 4. again towards the end of the video. The repititions could be slightly varried. I Cannot thank you enough.
