For those who are hesitating to try Dr. Ellie's system I am here to report that her protocol works; I started it on Oct. 20, 2023 so half a year ago and I just had my dental appointment last week ( btw I go for check-ups once a year) and I have NO CAVITIES , my receeding gums are healing and don't bleed any longer, not to mention that my teeth are getting brighter and brighter every single day. At 58 that's something to be proud about. For newbies here, give yourself at least 3 months and If I can improve my oral health which impacts overall health anybody can so good luck 🙂 Dr. Ellie I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for educating us on this subject. 🌹🌹🌹🌹❤❤❤❤ Forgot to mention that during this check-up I decided not to go for scaling and so called cleaning of my teeth because as the dentist told me they look fine.

@rhodatodd.. after Listerine we suppose to use ACT mouthwash; so the last product is NOT Listerine .

@lucassbastian..... stop eating junk, focus on proteins so you will have no need to munch all day long . Being blunt hurts but sometimes you need to hear it 🙂

@DillanRichardson floss is a NO, NO. I surely spreads bacteria under gums and causes more problems, you don't have to even be a dentist to figure this one out.

@suslightworker777 I use wooden toothpick and always towards away from gums.

@karenknowles don't forget we don't swallow these products we simply submerge our teeth in them; I think I would know that I can't use these because I had food dye reaction when I ate brithday cake year ago. My face got swollen and double in size 24 hours after eating cake. I think we are ok using protocol.

@tracychallis are you drinking coffee with fat ? like butter or tallow ? This would cause brown stains.
