@emptynesters in one of Dr. Ellie's videos she says that she wishes there was no fluoride in the toothpaste which is in her system however we are not swallowing it . At first I was against it but considering Dr.Ellie's grand children also use it and she doesn't profit from the brand as Crest is not her brand I decided to give it a try and I am impressed. I went to the dentist for check-up (yearly) and my dentist found ZERO cavities and complemented on the condition of my gums. I will stick to this program for the rest of my life. cheers

Dr.Ellie after aiming at brown spot are we suppose to live this mixture ? Or brush stains ? Could you please advise what to do with mixture ?

@nicholasali Dr. Ellie is NOT pushing CREST brand because is not her brand . She simply pick this toothpaste because it fits the puzzle (oral system she recommends).
