There is no way that someone offered him money to make 40 snuff films. It’s hard enough to get your hands on 1, let alone make 1. Not to mention where would he have been offered this? Did he just walk around saying “ I might make a snuff film if you offer money”. People involved in that are extremely anonymous and cautious, and the dark web was in its infancy. They are going to blast themselves to some dumb teenagers.
