  2. Sound mind??? He was running in traffic. These people don’t understand that insanity doesn’t mean you can’t make choices, your choices are warped and delusional. I don’t get how people say it’s not insanity cuz someone decided to grab a weapon and use it on someone. According to the courts, someone who is insane should just be sitting there drooling on themselves. If that’s the case, how does anyone insane kill someone, if they can’t make decisions. I think if you are insane you should still get the same punishment, but the definition bothers me.
