  1. What does alcohol and drugs have to do with if he was violent or not? Im a drug addict and I drink, and I don’t steal, or get violent. I haven’t even had a speeding ticket since 2014. I work, take care of my kids, have a nice home and normal life. I’ve struggled with an IV meth and heroin addiction on and off for 17 years. So does that mean I automatically beat people up? Cuz that’s news to me. Especially when there is proof he was the one being beaten on. Shouldn’t they be asking about Ambers drinking and drugging (according to their logic) since she’s the perpetrator???

  5. First girl, SHE WASNT DRUNK. Accidents happen, so everyone saying that needs to stop. She was only taken for DUI for being under 21. She can fight and die in war, but can’t drink. She was at the legal limit for someone 21 and over to drink and drive. So stop saying she’s drunk. 0.08 is not drunk. 😑

That’s not the point the point is he didn’t hit her and they are trying to say well doesn’t matter if there is proof that he hit her or not, he does drugs and alcohol. Which is totally backwards.

  17. People need to stop blaming the drugs. That is such a copout. I did IV meth for 5 years, and IV heroin for 13. I would never hurt my kids. They always come first, even with my addiction. She was pure EVIL!

  18. Oh, no, we have by far the worst mental health care system. They will throw him in a cell naked with a smock and then they will release him. They will get him no help. I’ve been there, I’ve seen it. Oh, and not only will he not get help, his life will be ruined, because they gave him a bunch of felonies.

  24. Drugs don’t make you a bad parent. I obsess on my children drugs or not. My children are my life and drugs are just an excuse addicts use to not have any responsibility. I am a single mom, and my kids have everything they need and want and more.

  29. They are trying to blame medication and lack of. Stop giving children hard drugs. My god….a lot of these violent incidents involve some sort of hardcore medication that shouldn’t be put into a forming child/teen. Did you know the amount of hormones released into a teenager going through puberty would cause an adult to go completely insane. Then you throw horrible pharmaceuticals into the mix.

  31. There is no proof… the only proof is a murderers statement. He literally made himself look like seivers… there was $0 transfer of money. So, his friend just killed his wife for free? The guy tried to say the blame was completely on the other guy, and as soon as the cops sniffed around the husband, he got mad he was gonna be able to move on and not with him, so he decided to take him down too. A hammer is a personal attack, a gun would have been less personal. So, tell me why this guy killed his friends wife in such a personal way. This doesn’t make sense. So, if you are ever in a fit of rage, and say you could kill someone, and someone does it, you go to jail. But if you tell someone to kill themselves, you get a few months. If my friend tells me to drive drunk and I kill someone, does the blame go on my friend?

  34. I’ve never told anyone what really happened any time I got into a fight with my significant other including the police cuz I didn’t want to ruin their life. Johnny Depp’s story about the bottle hitting his finger makes perfect sense, her story does not. I can’t even watch that fake hyperventilating, I get 2nd hand embarrassment.
