@johnjingleheimersmith Marine le Pen is the heroine you didnt know you needed!

@chrissmith2114 Dont be jealous mate! if I lived on a dreary island with horrible food, i know I would be upset too!

This is such a ridiculous comment. WW2 wasnt on TV all the time, as everything in our media is now. WW2 was a far more extensive war, than this has been thus far. Most of the vets didnt sign up at the beginning of the war to fight fascism, they went as soon as their nations were called up to fight. We have NOT mobilized any troops. It is quite a stretch to conflate the two, but i am impressed at the depths that the propaganda has worked on you.

LOL That is absolutely the OPPOSITE to what they subscribe to! Who in your government isnt getting bought? Why is greed good for the wealthy & ruling-classes, but not for the peasants that actually do most of the work? They arent greedy, they simply want their fair share. How many migrants are you keeping in your home? I hope many! its always easy to be generous & compassionate with other money and when it affects others not you! This is the problem with the Left, which was on full display in the US; The 'Not-In-My-Backyard' mentality of the Left! The Left rarely has to suffer the consequences of its big heart, but Bad brain!
12
No disrespect to Italy, especially with your new government. But Poland is likely the next major European country to be threatened! Who is Italy afraid of? What type of threats are poised against Italy? Poland lives in the roughest neighborhood in Europe, and thats why they got the attention!

@stuartlacey677 Do you remember 2008? Did Brexit happen then? There are many reasons why the WORLD economy is struggling, and Brexit is far down on the list of reasons! (banks & fractional banking being HIGH on the list of issues)

@Rilcy2003 Sorry about our friend Carlos! he hasnt taken his medication yet!
9
Thank you for sharing your bias out front! They allows us to be skeptical of your intentions.

Wars are often dictated by public sentiment, as it is the public that often fights them, pays for them, and suffers the most from them. This isnt the first time governments have to 'rally the citizens for the cause'!
8
Nah, he is fine! As an American, I appreciate those who are equally as bad at foreign languages as us! it takes the spot light off us for a bit! LOL
7
@TheGobou77 But nearly every nation pales in comparison to UK in infantry training. But Carlos is suggesting that France is barely trained compared to any opponent. I think he is just taking the piss out of them, and we who defend France. I have never heard, in modern times, anyone say that French Forces were poorly trained or ineffective fighters. Perhaps they are not the BEST, compared to UK or US, but they should be in that neighborhood. If any one has a source that contradicts, please cite it! If you served in French force, please share your experiences.

@clementl.9566 I love a good history lesson! Merci!
6
They havent been for decades, honestly! Thats just anglosphere propaganda!
6
@davidty2006 Export it to Russia! they have been treating their territory like a nuclear dump for years! Besides, they could use the cash!
5
@DarkHarlequin This is a good site for all of us North Americans who are criminally underserved by our legacy media! And better than that, having people from the nations discussed adding their input to offer better context! well worth the subscription price!
5
@10Tabris01 So Germany & Switzerland are working together, and blaming each other as cover? Brilliant!
4
The post-holiday dreariness! This is also a valid point!
4
Send NATO troops! Thats the only way to have this over sooner! There are more Russians than Ukrainians.
4
@palar4195 LMAO This was especially dark! Well, the Poles have already invaded the UK & the US, so how many Poles could be left?
4
Except the rest of the countries wanted out as well! how quickly people forget about Greece & the other weak links in the chain who are drawing on the savings of the German citizen and others who save, instead of spend wildly. The EU spends like money grows in the garden!
4
Unfortunately, this is our human condition, and you are wise to keep that in mind! Good luck to Les Bleues in the WC!
4
@RodolphosTech I agree! The US is far more involved than i assume Russia expected.
4
@juliuskresnik198 How can you see the problems? You dont remember the last time there difficulties of this sort? where would you get the knowledge from, your Left-wing professors at Uni?
4
@robinkreutzmann The world needs to put the ugliness of the past behind us. You are certainly between a rock & a hard place there. I think European connection & cooperation will keep the ghosts of history at bay. Viel Gluck
4
Did they ever recover from their economy tanking? People who struggle just to survive, often cant be arsed with problems far away. They KNOW they arent in Russia's cross hairs!
3
They just built a Chunnel though! Way to undermine the best barrier in Europe! LOL
3
@DOSFS Its called 'greasing the gears' and its a feature in most bureaucracies!
3
Calling Putin a mad man is pushing it, but all the rest I agree with, and its very concerning! Russia has ALWAYS wanted a land buffer, and obviously for good reasons for those who are history buffs! The US didnt like it when the Soviet Union set up proxy states in Cuba and Central America, and we didnt like seeing them involved in venezuela! should we be shocked that they dislike us in all the nations on THEIR border?
3
@DeltaEchoGolf I am amazed that your comment so easily went over his head! WOW!
3
@yvindjenssen7254 My understanding is Norwegians are generally quieter & more introverted than other Europeans (& Americans) so that naivete is understandable! Thank you for the reply and interesting insight!
3
@rikulappi9664 I had just watched a video on the delicate dance that Finland must do next to that lumbering giant called Russia! Finland has certainly Given Russia fits in a way most of us couldnt imagine!
3
I wouldnt say servants. Certainly influenced, and at times compliant, but they serve their own people, including their Elites first & foremost. Maybe you understand something we dont in the US?
2
@jasong234 I agree! There were better examples, but they want to hint at Fascism. That has to be the only reason to mention it.
2
@xx-equalizer-xx4351 They are forgotten because they are quiet and less belligerent than the rest! I will let you decide whether this is a good or bad thing! LOL
2
It will come down slightly before the US election. I assume that the price is up, because the US has to replenish the Strategic Oil Reserve. Once we are near the Federal election, they will turn on the taps, and bring down the price.
2
@tomassunaert1300 European Economic Union why dont you go back to that, without all the other bureaucracy?
2
@daishiiro5426 LMAO!
2
While true, we must keep it in perspective. Its Russia vs: NATO! I doubt no single country would fair any better against the NATO alliance! So we should cut them a bit of slack there.
2
Yes they do! English is a living, breathing language & we do away with spelling conventions to save money on education!
2
@zhufortheimpaler4041 Nah mate, we work hard on our ignorance! Its the benefit of Empire (that everyone speaks your language and cares about your culture) LOL
2
LMAO
2
@10hawell Kudos to our Polish friends for stepping up to the plate!
2
@nitram-t9f Honestly, i would have thought so as well! Sorry about your military. I realize Merkel was very neglectful, but what is the popular mood toward the military in Germany? is there still apprehension, or do Germans realize that the past is firmly in the past and the military can be supported?
2
@S7E_Siriel-Privat Thank you for the important insight! Our media does an underwhelming job of keeping us informed of things beyond our borders that isnt politically advantageous. So i do my best to scour the internet for info in English, French or Spanish, as my German is far too basic to be helpful! Danke
2
@inferno0020 And they are the best! That Gallic supremacy where it matters most!
2
@stampcollector74 I think we call them British now.
2
Wait until the Full Mobilization next year! Largest army in Europe! LOL
2
@boudivv Very interesting take. Is this an area of expertise for you? where do you find info on this topic, and is it in languages aside from Dutch?
2
Leftists love it when THEY are the obstructionists! Never hear them complain that they are bogging down democracy when they drag their heels. Only when others do it, do they complain bitterly!
2
When has ANYTHING mixed well with Germany? They have been fairly quarrelsome since the inception of a United Germany.
