They tell us what they want us to know, never answer direct questions in a direct way, and tend to want to circle-back later, with their approved talking points. All the things you have mentioned still does not ensure integrity in journalism. But the most essential point is: Americans have lost their faith in the 4th estate, and its ability to be' fair & balanced' . None of your empty assurances are likely to change that.

  45. If I retold your personal history to anyone who would listen, emphasizing especially your misdeeds, would you STILL feel the same way? Its easy to state when you feel sufficiently distant from the story, but when it is your own testimony, its far more uncomfortable.
