  1. Do you know what a speed trap is? They mention it in the video, but clearly you missed it. it is an intentional, unnatural manipulation of traffic control devices in order to stop motorists for the sake of revenue! Its sneaky on purpose! And its usually done to catch out of town & out of state drivers who are unfamiliar and therefore more vulnerable to it! Know do you understand, or would you need a 5th grader to explain this to you? LOL C'mon man, your folksy 'wisdom' it aint helpful!

  14. My last speeding ticket was on the Taconic Parkway about 20 yrs ago. They hide everywhere along there. I got stopped when i was trying to pass a motor cycle gang that had pulled in front of me and slowed down (they made me nervous). The ticket alone for that was more than the other 3 tickets i had gotten combined!

  15. Im confused. Are you saying you got billed $104 by Pennsylvania (PA) or by Virginia (VA)? i know you arent from around here, but Maryland is in between Penna & Virginny. I assume you were driving I 81 if you were traveling to Carlisle.
