I would lift 200 lbs because i was told women prefer men who can lift 200 lbs or more. I have a 40lb dumbbell that makes me plenty strong enough to tackle my routine activities. men & women, as a matter of instinct dont improve themselves so they can marvel at themselves. they improve themselves to attain a specific goal, most often that goal is access to reliable sex (sex when i want or need it). so while i understand what you are getting at, most NORMAL people arent improving themselves just because. thats not part of our firmware.
