@onemore7632 Also not always a reliable indicator! As one gets older you realize that: any time you are in an interaction with someone, you are 'playing the game'( influence). Therefore, since playing the game is virtually unavoidable when in social settings, even a 1 on 1, you learn to "play" it and try to be effective at playing it For years, i tried to avoid the game, but no matter how hard I tried, i was roped in. The more aloof I was, the more drama found me because i seemed like a soft target that wouldnt fight back! At some point, it is necessary for a sound defence, to have 'social game'. it isnt needed against good people, because they arent trying to manipulate to the degree that the bad ( narcissist et al) are Sorry to burst your bubble, but i hope this idea is helpful.
