  1. LMAO! Slightly in the defense of the cop, he REALLY believed if ryan was shot in the head, he would either be dead or incapacitated! I am sure this was his VERY first encounter with a person who survived a gun shot to the face! i still think the cop was negligent to NOT call EMS much, much sooner!

  2. Ryan DID deserve better! But the cop even said it: if he had been REALLY shot in the eye, Ryan would be dead or unconscious. NOT sitting in a chair, answering questions and sounding so surprisingly coherent! Cop really should have called medical sooner, if just for intoxication.

  8.  @spicytee133  Partially in Watchdog's defense, the suspect ATE some of those drugs! LOL it was on the cop's camera, because we ALL got to watch it! A little pain & suffering for being a dumb, reckless suspect is acceptable. but him dying in police custody when he was showing obvious signs of distress: totally negligent on the Police's part! he shouldnt be a dead suspect! remember, the suspect should really be worried about his family et al, the things you mentioned before EATING a rock! thats where my 'sympathies' are strained! That fool ATE a rock of cocaine!

  9.  @elizabethclothier3267  Did you know: by law, if a suspect taken into custody makes gestures that they need medical attention, cops are OBLIGATED to call medical services? I experienced this first hand when i was having a 'panic attack'. Once the suspect is in police custody, they are obligated by law if the suspect gestures/asks for medical care or is obviously in distress! This is where the police are liable! I agree, susggesting the cops killed him is hyperbolic. but they dam sure were negligent, resulting in suspects death.

  18. How do you ensure that the breathalyzers are accurate? if some one used mouth wash, wouldnt they trigger a 'false positive'? My understanding is only blood serum draws are legally admissible in court in many US states. but you are right: these so-called DUI tests are archaic now.

Imagine the trouble we would get into if we offered a pain pill to a relative (for free) to help him/her with a legitimate medical problem! this guy is distributing illicit drugs. many levels more severe!

  22. Some of them certainly TRY to hold each other accountable. We NEED to commend the officers who TRY to do the right thing, in the face of a system that doesnt always respect that. or we will end up having entirely corrupt cops. if there is NO reward for doing the right thing, people will stop doing it.

  23. The suspect cop 'allegedly' doesnt remember! Until a doctor can corroborate that the suspect has alcohol-induced amnesia, then its still fair to assume the suspect could be lying.

Besides, you dont think his experience in interrogation played ANY part in how he handled his 'interrogation'? I imagine he was hung over, but the seriousness of the events have a neat way of sobering people up.

He didnt try to save his senor officer. he didnt call 911/medical services! its recklessly/knowingly felonious, I would think.
