But remember: Democrats run on the backs of the 'homeless issue' far and away more than republicans can! Republicans are 'the big bad rich' in the minds of most uninformed democrat voters! Politicians cause problems so they can be paid to 'solve them'! Just a Ponzi scheme (of sorts)

He is trying to make a wider statement about the DEMOCRAT city of New Yohk not wanting to help the homeless by making a silly comparison to the heating grates! LOL very different topics! Municipalities dont like people misusing their property because of liability issues, etc!

Anything at all? he is NOT callous, and if he is apathetic, it is because the public sector does NOT want to really solve this problem, or they could! Look what they did to combat Covid, but they cant solve an easy problem like homelessness, ESPECIALLY when there are SO many caring Democrats telling them the EASY solutions and donating countless hours and money to fix it? tell me: who runs the majority of big cities where this is a huge problem?
