Hunter has a record of reckless/negligent behavior over decades, all of it he blames on drug abuse. after many, many, many trips to rehab, he fails to get clean and become a responsible member of society.   16. There is NO logic behind it. There are MANY words that have bad associations! Take the word 'molest' as just one example. Before the word became forever entangled to the idea of sexual assault, it simply meant to 'bother' (not a full, concise definition). Perhaps if the government didnt work so hard to be a burden on the citizenry, they wouldnt have EARNED such a bad association!
