@ingridakerblom7577 Likewise, you can have some so called 'expert' say that a thing is impossible, and people will deny their own experiences based on the word of an expert. This avenue flows both ways! if some one whom you trust tells you that you are beautiful, no amount of evidence otherwise will convince you that most find you hideous-looking! The power of belief is amazing! Science scarcely has a clue about the human mind.
