Well said, someone who understands, unlike the majority of immigrants here.
This is one of the reasons why foreign immigration and multiculturalism does not work, conflict of interests!
The majority of Pakistanis came to the UK post WWII, after the war, in the 50s, 60s and 70s, because of the Labour governments traitorous nationality Act of 1948, so were not here en masse when Hitler and the Germans tried to invade Britain.
Whether born here or not, we are two separate, totally different peoples, cultures and religions with totally different histories and ancestry.
Britain is an ancient European country, it is not a new country like America!

@goldenbrown3283 A British engineering firm, served as the lead designers, engineers, and inspectors for the construction of the dam (led by Geoffrey Binnie). The project was undertaken by a consortium known as the Mangla Dam Contractors, which consisted of eight American construction firms sponsored by the Guy F. Atkinson Company based in South San Francisco, California.
So the contractors were actually American, the British just designed it.
So why did they give them visas to come work in the UK?
A visa is not a passport, they stayed here and should not have been given visas in the first place. The Dam was to help them store water for their own consumption, in their own country which had nothing to do with Britain!
China has been actively funding and constructing dams in the region. One notable example is the Diamer Bhasha Dam, which is located in the Gilgit-Baltistan region of PoK. This hydel project was inaugurated by Pakistan’s Prime Minister Imran Khan.
Historically, Pakistan-Occupied Kashmir (PoK), once part of the princely state of Jammu and Kashmir, was illegally occupied by Pakistan in 1947. During India's Independence in 1947, the British relinquished their claim over the princely state, offering the choice of joining India, Pakistan, or remaining independent.

@Lubna.Candid NO! A passport does not define ethnicity,, nor being born in another country, only DNA ancestry does that!
You have said yourself that you are of Pakistani origin, born here, yet you married another Pakistani not a Brit, but you say your are integrated?
You are of foreign origin, NOT of Brittonic origin, NO Brittonic DNA nor ancestral Brittonic history.
How many ethnic Brits live in Pakistan?Compared to how many ancestral Ethnic Pakistanis live in Britain?
While you try to shut the Brits down, with liberal left globalism that guided you here,
it is utter delusion. Brits are not fooled!
