Travel on HS2 should be free for the taxpayers who paid to build it!

With wages lower than the economy, which is collapsing, rail fares already so expensive most cannot afford use it, who do they think will be able to afford to use HS2? Oh yes, the global capitalists who built it for themselves, at taxpayers expense, using it as an excuse to destroy our beautiful countryside and history, like their fake windmills and solar farms, just another blot on our once beautiful landscape!

The poor majority, could not afford to use it, cars are cheaper! Another thing, why did they build it above ground and not under ground like the Chunnel?

@martinsloman6905 ALL motorways should have been built underground, preferably transported on underground rail lines, would save all our poor wildlife being killed everyday on them and save us from the pollution!

@boldford I see the existing high prices for rail fares! So the new one will be even more, so that it can pay for itself! Not that it is even safe to travel on public transport these days!
