@Tas17.4 repeated strikes, GPs not seeing patients, incompetent managers, managers deliberately increasing lists in order to get an increase in their budget, foreign nationals getting priority service over British citizens and left wing activists deliberately making the Service bad to embarrass the government. But you’ll deny all of that and lie about the government being responsible for the day to day running of the nhs instead of stating the truth which is that the government only provides finance.
