I praise Israel for correcting that unlawful act in 2005 when they forced all of the Israeli settlers out of Palestinian lands. Unlike you I understand the history of the region going back three thousand years, I know the name Palestine was created by the Roman Empire to describe a specific Jewish region, I know that Arabs and Muslims are a recent addition to those lands, a few hundred years. Unlike you, I know Israel has done everything possible to maintain peace since 2005 and hamas has rejected every offer given. Unlike you, I know hamas wants only one thing and that is the extermination of all Jews. Hamas cares nothing for Palestine or Gaza and never has, they see the people as tools and fodder. So now I ask you to answer my original questions though I doubt you will or can.

The science and innovation payments from the Eu haven’t stopped and were never a benefit of membership, those payments are available to all countries. The veto you speak of had no effect and was worthless. As for the Eu market being the standard worldwide, sorry but no it’s not. The best deals are the true free trade deals that many nations employ, these deals have few or no conditions unlike deals with the Eu, all of which have multiple strict conditions attached. At the moment, Northern Ireland is still part of the common market, it’s not going well for them is it.

There are no benefits for the uk in Eu membership. I don’t want unelected foreign leaders dictating what I can or cannot do in my day to day life, demanding open borders, paying french, German and other farmers and fishermen subsides and banning the uk government from doing the same for British farmers and fishermen, leaders that allow french, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, German, Swedish and Norwegian fishing vessels to catch as much fish as like and then limit the number British vessels can catch in British Territorial waters. I also have zero interest in letting unelected foreign leaders have complete control over the British armed forces. That’s for a start there’s more but I’m busy.

  45.  @tomk3682  you’ve not seen who’s involved mate, it’s not just members of the four kingdoms demonstrating, it’s other brits as well. Folks from all groups have had enough of open borders. Fact is, people do not need to immigrate here to work or study do they? There’s no need to be housing foreigners or giving them benefits at all. The sole solution is to issue visas that expire when the job or education ends. Requiring all visa applicants to have accommodation and health insurance in place prior to arrival will help the economy considerably.
