@jayo3074 they have the right skills, problem is there’s only a certain number of jobs available in a country and when the population exceeds the number of jobs you get unemployment don’t you? The other issue people have is that many companies aren’t hiring white makes because of diversity quotas. And don’t try to deny they exist. Now, write your comment again only this time replace white with black.
