Iranian, North Korean, Lybian, Iraqui leaders would give one of their kidneys just to have one of those ships, China and India would pay decent prices for them.A Victor III decommissioned there has the same passive sonar characteristics of a Los Angeles class submarine from the US. Imagine what drug smugglers could do with it, they could smuggle hundreds of tons of cargo to wherever they want to, and US navy would never figure it out. We didnt even talked about radicals.
