  3. If they know what they are actually doing then it will be like the following. They will just drop these ridiculous ideas into the public conscience. Push really hard for it meanwhile probing the general population with secret polling. If theres resistance, then they retreat and tell, that it was just art of Trump's strategy. If theres no resistance, or the minority is resisting it, then they make legislation and claim victory. Rinse and repeat.

It would be considered an election fraud pretty much anywhere in the world if some would offer cash for voters to vote for someone.
