  7. Oh so they are planning to sabotage waterworks in NATO countries with fancy cyberwarfare. Dont you happen to know that Thacher sold the British waterworks to Russian olygarchs? They dont need to cyberattack them, they can just shut them down as their private property... If you would know that their nuclear plants are owned by the Chinese... They have this wonderful financial system in London that if you transfer cash in foreign currency between two bank accounts, then British authorities wont ask any questions, so half of the warlords of the world, the intelligence communities, druglords all keeping their stash there. I remember meeting an Afghan warlord in a party in London, and he offered me a letter offering safe passage through his poppy fields if I ever to visit Afghanistan...

Noone likes to shoot missiles from subs, because thats giving out their position, and not a single subtype would survive an active antisub hunt with helicopters surface ships and attack subs know its general location. Torps are another story they can be launched and directed for miles before turning on their targets, menawhile the sub has its chance to clear its datum.
