  2. You get this all wrong. T-34s were completely superior to Panzer III and Panzer IVs. The reason why the germans made their successes was the Luftwaffe, and artillery advantage, otherwise they would have been smashe. Its kindof the same story like the Americans with their pathetic shttanks, but that didnt matter up until Mustangs were flying above their heads.

  3. To be honest the most incompetent micromanager amongst them was Churchill actually. He fired a general on a monthly basis, and completely gutted the British military, which was a rigid class system of what Attlee called out in 1942, that if fieldmarshall Rommel would serve in the British army, he couldnt achieve the rank of a sergeant, up until the point wher disasters became such frequent that they couldnt even operate without American coordination. On paper the might of the British Empire alone should have been enough to defeat nazi Germany and imperial Japan, yet at the end they became rather supporting troops on the secondary theaters of WWII.
