  3. When you joined the EU you accepted, that every single language what is spoken in the territory of the EU is your official language. You can leave if you dont like it.

  4. I dont want to sadden you, but since Russian is spoken inside the EU it constitutes as an official EU language. The regulating rule is in it to protect nationalities like the Catalonians, who dont have an official EU country, but their language is aknowledged.
