  3. Would you be suprised if I tell ya, that your country didnt cut its emission down by an inch? Its an accounting trick. They chose specifically the 1990 date, because that was the peak emission of western nations, before they moved all of their industries overseas. So you can say how much it is cut compared to 90, in reality its not a cut but an increase, because the industries are still polluting in another country, meanwhile domestic emissions increased in the west.
