  4. it has nothing at all to do with age. what you're missing is that these individuals have already developed the necessary skill(s), even if they haven't yet hit puberty, if you will. developing such skill(s) takes discipline, and the fact that these young interns have demonstrated such discipline, they're already ahead of the game
