Obvious answer: no Thoughty: ACKSHUALLY

callmeac and yet France has had only 2 major events, which were far from catastrophic. France is the most retarded and catastrophic dumb countries in the EU, and yet they manage to provide the cheapest energy in the world for soon to be 3 decades.
21
Space Catboy is that why France has 1 power outage about every 10 years, and has the cheapest electric in Europe?
14
@Soupdrum Swearing is the first sign of sentience apparently. That or having a loose tongue

Being that the kraken isn't a single creature with one description, we can't say yes or no

IeatURANIUM but his point is that global warming is a normal thing, just like global cooling. Catastrophic world events won’t happen because we don’t use renewable. The earth was MUCH hotter at one point and we’re still here, and the same goes with all the animals living in those times. In the Middle Ages, the American north east (where I unfortunately live now), summers could reach 115 degrees for multiple days in a row. As it turns out, animals and people adapt to the climates they’re in.

bamdad19996 wow. That’s dismissive. Because every person who doesn’t hold your view must belong in an asylum. I hope your friends abandon you for their own good.
3
GWizofKOz is it? Our storage systems have greatly improved. Maybe you’ve failed in research? Don’t be dismissive of people because of a preconceived opinion.
3
John K best comment so far.

OverFLOw political hegemony? Listen here, it’s no problem that America calls itself a sovereign country. The problem is that China is kinda bent on ruling the world.

Count dankula did it first

Tilman EnglishTaste you sound absolutely brainwashed dude.
1
EnraEnerato not at all in that order. Of course the other things have caused more deaths. They’ve been around longer. If you knew how to read statistics you’d know that there are time frames for data measurement. In a time for time measure, wind turbines kill 3-10 times as many birds in a 24 hour day. And that’s from one windmill. About 6 birds would die every day in the subject area, and for every one bird dying by other means, there was three by windmill.
1
Tilman EnglishTaste like what. None of you buffoons can give me an example of what he’s saying that’s wrong. You’re all a bunch of feedback looped brainwashed fools.
1
EnraEnerato you know in all that you showed no problems and no solutions.

John Buick *dummies *human infestation *......
1
allgoo19 I’m sure you’ve studied hard at the subject now haven’t you. After all, you watched a YouTube video that confirmed your implanted biases once.
1
the Were Dragon oh really? It’s not like we’re the 3RD LARGEST NATION ON THE DAMN PLANET
1
Leodark Sam which yet still isn’t a problem.
1
Robert Spreadborough you need a whole roof and a half to have enough solar to power you through winters. Especially where I live. From under 4 feet of snow it’s hard to produce solar energy. Also the whole cloudy sky thing makes it literally impossible.
1
Viggen NOT WITHOUT SUNLIGHT. Do you think before you write comments?? Don’t you think that if solar was so efficient and all these “studies” were correct and panels were so cheap and easy to use, that companies that want efficient power at a low cost would be using them?? It’s not even that they’re new tech. They’ve been around since before I was born.
1
Freedom Of Speech so what’s your point.
1
waitaminutedoggie or hydrogen. Both clean, simple sources of power. And both can be used to power cars.
1
Jorge Carranza did someone kill a relative?? Because you sound like you just stepped out of a funeral home. Chill the hell out you self elevating entitled sack of crap.
1
Marc Jackson dude solar is dependent on a single mineral, selenium, which requires very pollutive methods of deep earth mining. And it’s one of the rarest minerals on earth. We will run out of selenium before we can optimize solar.
1
GWizofKOz well considering there hasn’t been a single nuclear leak in the US for 30 years I’d say that’s “100%”.
1
GWizofKOz small? We’re 28% of the worlds landmass, the largest economy, and a leader in the world emission reduction.
1
GWizofKOz I googled how much landmass the United States controlled. Sorry next time I’ll just listen to the calculations of some kid on the internet. And major nuclear leakages you found are from before 30 years ago. That’s the reason I said 30 years. There’s reason behind it.
1
GWizofKOz uh huh. Keep talking. Everyone cares.
1
Konstantin Frunzek you listed literally no downsides. France could mine its own uranium
1
Robomonkey 89 that’s not a good argument considering both were managed by incompetent temps and one was managed by the Soviet Union about 3 decades ago.
1
Chuckiele is that why France has the cheapest electric in the world? We’ve given next to NONE
1
My RealName dude you watch wayyyy too many cop movies.
1
Neo Gabriel III Pablo the other forms aren’t really renewable. And fossil fuel isn’t that bad, considering we have so much we’ll never need a renewing source. But I totally agree, nuclear is the way to go.
1
Brice environmentally unsustainable? We’ve been doing fine for 200 years and our sea levels in the past 300 years haven’t risen over 1/16th of an inch! Of course that’s an average, meaning that the sea level has gone up and down by a margin of a foot, but every time it goes down it comes back up, and vice versa. It’s cyclical, like the tide. And most importantly, inconsequential.
1
Turn so basically wind v reactors
1
Atillathepun here’s the thing: there is no way to definitively count the amount of birds killed by oil companies “nefarious” deeds. In fact, there isn’t much to measure considering that coal is the only fossil fuel that could affect birds in the first place. Meanwhile, wind turbines kill swathes of birds, and are inefficient as well. That’s why Germany completely reversed their wind turbine plan. They killed so many birds the avian protection societies petitioned the government to shut down the program.
