  1. Most surprising thing is, virus mutants found only in other parts of the world , not in China. Why doesn't this virus mutate in China?

  2.  @lvjinbin28  : instead of saying "most likely " why don't we allow the international investigation team under WHO, and make it more certain. So now it came from Spain, but ccp said, it came from American soldiers, then said it came from Italy ,then said it came India, I think first they should let the investigation who will decide where it really came from. As for lockdown, there are plenty of countries with worst lockdowns. But I don't think their governments sealed the doors of positive tested patients.
