Example air India, huge debts it had because government babus and ministers took all for free. Good they privatized it. Giving free means taking money from taxpayers to fund it. We can't sustain it for long. Punjab announced 300unit of power free for all houses even the ones who can pay, is this sensible? Eventually you are making all people lazy. Iam working now , if the government announces food water electricity free do you think I will continue working? If everyone follows the same path where will the money come from. . As for education and medicine it's called subsides education and medicine nt free. When I did my master I too got it, it's cheap education loan at low interest. I had to work and pay off later. Now I work in India and pay tax every year. Please don't make people lazy by saying everything free without any criteria.
