I lived one winter season in a cold place, I got headache and felt "sick" most of the time. Skin cracks , lips bleed, very difficult for me. One reason could be , I was born and raised in high temperature area, was not used to cold climate.

Specially expectant mothers do enough research and consult multiple doctors. No doctor treats a patient using "memorized knowledge ". 😄Atleast doctors in my family don't.
