  2.  @prathameshthakur3633  : there are plenty of such "indexes" published. Even you or me can publish one. It doesn't reflect things on the ground. Iam not saying corruption is zero in India, it never was it never will be. Not just India any country for that matter. Difference is the infrastructure happening in the ground level. Took 75 years after independence to reach electricity to some villages. Says a lot!!
