  2.  @dmw798  : there are 30+ states and UT in India. If more than 50% are hit badly then it's a national emergency. Just because one incapable CM can't run his state/UT , it doesn't become national emergency. Most states are managing pretty well, not that death or cases are not there, but things are under control.

  3.  @dmw798  : capital city of India has a government just like any other state or UT. Central government is as much responsible to this city as any other city. If that CM can't manage let him resign and hand it over to someone who can manage.
