They don't force Indians to come to their country. They go on their own free will. Mostly for 'foreign return " glamor or exchange rate benefits

@madhanks2000 every elected government has 5 years . Unemployment is not something that can be solved within 2 terms when there is no population control. First bring UCC and population control bill. Congress couldn't do it in 60+ years how do you expect bjp should go in 10 years. My complaint with bjp is not bring population control bill, not Unemployment problem.
