Thanks for sharing a nice day and helping the lady in need.  I just love those slow and quiet days that start with waking up at my own pace, cooking some breakfast (must include fried eggs!) and maybe even a soak in hot springs.  This video reminded me of that and I had to smile all the way through it.  Thoughtfully preparing your own meals with healthy ingredients is one of the best gifts you can give to yourself and others too.  Hardly mundane!
