  1. Fabulous! I've been waiting for this video🙂 Also, I used your method to season my Matfer yesterday and it worked like a charm! Eggs sliding around like hockey pucks. That small pot looks really nice too. The sloped sides remind me a little of a saucier - food maybe not as likely to get caught in the bottom corners and easier to clean. Thanks for sharing!!
