  1. Forgot to mention that avocado oil is nice for use on carbon steel. High smoke point, imparts a yummy avocado taste and keeps longer than olive oil. I use it to make pan "avocado" toast with sourdough bread. Might be good for your tortillas, too:)

  2. My how the Naval Training Center has changed! Looks so nice now. As much as you cook in your videos (and also considering your professional cooking experience), it would be cool to see what you would consider essential for a vandweller kitchen - no matter what size the rig.

  3.  @StaticCamperVan  Interesting point about seasoning with avocado oil. Hadn't heard that one before. The seasoning debate continues! I actuallly use grapeseed oil most for seasoning steel and cooking in general because of a high smoke point, no taste and is super cheap & readily available where I live now. I use the avocado oil only when I want that flavor. Fortunately it keeps in the fridge for a long time.
