  1. So nice to watch you cook with that DeBuyer pan! I've been debating for weeks between it and the similar sized Matfer Bourgeat fry pan:) And where did you find that tawashi scrubber brush with a handle like that?? I imagine it makes it so much easier to use that kind of brush on a pan. Also, do you think the brush could get into the corners of a more sharply side angled cast iron pan?
