Nice hot springs.  I've been to SB a few times, but didn't know about the springs.  TFS!  And there isn't a thing lacklustre about a grilled cheese sandwich!  Seeing yours made me think of making half of one to accompany my favorite Chef John recipe - Caldo Verde soup (kale, spicy sausage, onions, chicken bouillon, russet potatoes to make it creamy).  I usually pan toast bread in a little avocado oil to have with it, but adding some cheddar to the mix sounds even more heavenly:)  Highly recommended receipe if you like kale.  Super easy, too.
