  1. Wow, now that is a bizarre reaction - especially compared to mine! I'd say my reaction is the exact opposite. If I have coffee (caffeine) on an empty stomach, I'd be likely to get a headache and you'd have to peel me off the ceiling in about 5 minutes. And if I have it after 3 in the afternoon I'm not likely to get any sleep that night. I think the tannins mess with me too as I'm OK with caffeinated tea in the morning with food. I do love the taste of cappucino, though, and indulge in that occasionally. Tea for me, please:)
