  1. Haha. "...water balloon of deliciousness..." That pork stew looks amazing and I'll definitely have to give it a try for tacos! Those brown bits at the bottom of the pot from browning the meat are tremendous flavor and color enhancers! Worth their weight in gold. Your food shopping habits make me wonder if you shop a lot at farmers markets. Would be cool to hear about any ones you visit during your travels and also what you feel is a good, minimal van dweller kitchen setup (tools, equipment) looks like. Thanks for the post. Now I'm hungry!
