  1. I reckon these days it's more about who's ass you're willing to kiss than it is about who you know, like it used to be. We Boomers and Gen Xers wouldn't do well in that kind of setting. Heck, Rosanne Barr got killed off her own self-titled sitcom! The TV show was ahead of its time. If i remember correctly, and I could be wrong about this because it's been so long ago, but I think Rosannes' sitcom sister, Jackie, portrayed by Laurie Metcalf, a police officer on the show, was Lebanonese with Sandra Bernardts' character. That's not enough to keep your own show, I guess, when dealing with the overly sensitive, thin-skinned, wussy woke liberal left. When did the democrats change the old school yard tough poem of letting it just go in one ear and out the other without letting someone's opinion bother you The playground poem was, "Sticks and Stones, can break my bones, but words can never hurt me." The butthurt sissy dems changed it, while we weren't paying attention, into "Sticks and stones can break my bones, but being cyberbullied could cause me to kill myself. 🙄 Oh, C'mon! Geez..... 🤦 🤷 . .
