He knew that there was someone sitting in the car. What he didn't know is that it was a cop. In this case, one of the good guys.That's why he had the pistol out in his hand, and was hurriedly running, and not calmly walking, up to the vehicle.   8. I gotta agree with KJP. It's like that time I was charged with a DUI some years back. After skipping court and then getting caught months later, I just couldn't understand why law enforcement and the court system just didn't move on. 🙄 🤦 🤷
