This is just another example of the left always screaming that all men and women are created equal when they don't believe that themselves. The educational system wants to discipline unruly students differently according to race and gender, just like the Department of Justice does. By doing so, they themselves, are admitting to holding Caucasian citizens to a much higher standard. That's exactly the opposite of equality.
