As an ex-pat Brit , living in the Middle East since 1988 , I was so shocked at the state of Britain during my last visit to the country of my birth , that I have sworn never to return , not even for another holiday Let's not JUST blame Keir Starmer , the socialist P.M , the rot started way back with Tony Blair , and has continued ever since , as British politics has moved towards the left to appease woke " culture " . Even if Reform U.K DID win the next general election , the damage has been done , and with unvetted immigration running amok , some joke that Britain will be the first European ,islamist country with access to nukes , think about that for a moment .The once feared British military is a shadow of its former self , and for some reason is expected to deploy to the Ukraine , when it can't even protect its own border !! . I'll miss the pageantry , the quaint English villages , and WW 2 air shows , but for me it really is a case of " so long , and thank's for all the fish "

  2. why Spain ? , why not Cyprus ?, you've been driving on the British side of the road for 20 years , and from several personal experiences , the Greek Cypriots are very friendly people , with an Anglo-Mediterranean diet , which is healthier than just the traditional British food
