I've voted in both countries - part of Israel's dilemmas is the voter threshold ,that allows a political party's votes that haven't reached a certain percentage of the overall voter turnout percentage , to be divided amongst the " surviving " parties .
Israel's voter threshold is way too low , it currently allows for the smaller parties with one or two seats in the Knesset , to weald power beyond it's actual voter percentage - thus, in an election result that puts the left and right wing blocks scrambling for coalition partners to reach the all important 61 Knesset seats (or higher) , the " tiny parties" can demand full ministry positions , rather than just minister without portfolio positions ( or worse still , bloat the government with new ministries) .
In Britain both Labour and Tory parties have become woke parties , pandering to WEF demands on " climate change " and other ridiculous fantasies , I'm just glad that voting isn't compulsory YET , otherwise if I had to vote , it would be for the Monster raving looney party
