  3.  @RR-ep4qy  - IMHO ( as an Israeli ) that's only because Bibi is desperate to hold on to power ( at any cost) ( and we both know why ) .Any rational patriotic) politician would condemn the ultra religious parties etc to the dustbin of history , by raising ( doubling ) the minimum percentage/number of votes to gain a single Knesset seat

  4. As political parties have tried to expand their voter base , they have IMHO , moved further to the left , especially if one looks at Likud , which now resembles " Likud latte " . This means that pretty much anyone who has a traditional Likud opinion is regarded as " an extremist " , which IMHO , should not be the case - these people have not changed their opinions in the past 20+ years , ( it's the goalposts that have moved , not the goalkeeper ) . why vote labour , when one can vote Likud , and still feel comfortable with oneself ?
