  1. During my first day in China beijing, I went into the bathroom and witnessed a row of gown men squatting above holes in the ground. We made eye contact as I watched it drop beneath him. It was a lot to take in. Also there was rarely soap and toilet paper. A lot different than Taiwan (where I live now).

  2. During my first day in China I walk in the room and there was a bunch of dudes squatting over holes with no doors separating anyone. I made eye contact with one and watch his business and drop down from under him. I'm still shocked to this day. Also with no toilet paper or soap, and sometimes even water, it's so weird to me
